One of the Society's core objectives is to promote and facilitate legal research at an advanced level and in particular to engender greater collaboration between scholars and those involved in the practice of law. In order to achieve this end, the Society has set up a number of Expert Working Groups, which are in the process of producing, or have already produced, substantial reports on the subjects at hand. The Expert Working Groups consist of academics, practitioners, members of the judiciary, public officials and others with an interest in the relevant area.

The Expert Working Groups' Reports are available for purchase. Click on the Reports button, where you will be directed to further details of the group. To order a copy of their report, simply complete the order form found on the attached link, print it out and fax it back to the SALS Office on 020 7862 5855. We'll have a copy out to you as quickly as possible.

If you would like more information about the ongoing work of these groups, if you would like to join a group, or propose a new one, please contact the SALS Office.

These are examples of the past working groups.

SALS would like to invite anybody who is interested in the above groups or creating new working groups to contact our office on 02078625865.
