2017 Conference Seoul, South Korea - 'Challenges in Legislative Reform: the Effectiveness of Legislative Evaluation and Methodological Approaches'

Prof. Helen Xanthaki, Senior Fellow of the Sir William Dale Centre for Legislative Drafting and President of the International Association of Legislation, Dr. Maria Mousmouti, Lecturer attached to the Sir William Dale Centre and Secretary of the International Association of Legislation and William Robinson, Fellow of the Sir William Dale Centre participated in the 2017 International Conference organised by the Korean Legislation Research Institute in cooperation with the International Association of Legislation. The conference was held in Seoul, South Korea on the 28th June 2017 and dealt with the topic ‘Challenges in Legislative Reform: the Effectiveness of Legislative Evaluation and Methodological Approaches’. It addressed a number of topics related to trends in legislative evaluation worldwide, efforts to improve the quality of legislation, methodologies for legislative evaluation and practical issues related to their application.
