Eagle-i Internet Portal for Law: Copyright and Terms of use

Eagle-i (Electronic Access to Global Legal Information) is a free to use dedicated portal to high quality legal information sources on the Web - being developed by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies as a national service for law and UK legal research communities.

  1. All rights in the selection, arrangement and content of the Web pages of Eagle-i are reserved by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS), School of Advanced Study, University of London and we assert our moral rights. No part of these pages, including images, may be reporoduced or distributed in any material form or medium other than for the private purpose of users or in accordance with the terms of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act (1988) without the permission of IALS.
  2. Some Eagle-i content builds on work orginally commissioned from IALS by the Institute for Learning and Research Technology (ILRT), University of Bristol for the Intute:law service and has been re-used by permission under agreement and will be subsequently updated.
  3. Linking to and from Eagle-i. You do not need to request permission to create a text link from your site to the Intute website. You must not make use of Eagle-i logo without permission.
