Dr Peter Clinch was the Project Manager on the FLAG project from 2000 to 2002. Dr Clinch took up his appointment on 1st February 2000 and was seconded from Cardiff University for the duration of the project. He has written a number of books on legal research skills, including Using a Law Library (Blackstone Press, 2nd edition, 2001), the ASLIB Know How Guide: Legal Information: What it is and where to find it (ASLIB, 2nd edition, 2000) and Teaching Legal Research (UKCLE, 2nd edition, 2006). He conducted the annual surveys of academic law libraries for the Society of Public Teachers of Law and the British and Irish Association of Law Librarians between 1994 and 1999. Dr Clinch is currently the Information Specialist - Law in the Law Library at Cardiff University.

The Project Management Committee was chaired by: Jules Winterton, Librarian of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies Library, University of London.
