Award for IALS Document Delivery Service - BIALL Customer Relations Initiative Award 2008

The Institute of Advanced Legal Studies received an award at the British and Irish Association of Law Librarians (BIALL) 39th Annual Study Conference & Exhibition held in Dublin, 12th - 14th June 2008.

The IALS Document Delivery Service was presented with the BIALL 2008 Customer Relations Initiative Award in recognition of its quality, speed, efficiency, and willingness to meet customer needs and expectations. The presentation was made at the annual dinner in front of several hundred professional law librarians. It is clear that the nomination came from one of our customers and it was evident from the audience reaction that it was a popular award.

The Institute is delighted and honoured to receive this important award and we would like to express very great thanks to our customers and colleagues for their support and encouragement.
