Max Planck encyclopedia of international procedural law

The Max Planck Encyclopedia of International Procedural Law (MPEiPro) is part of the Max Planck Encyclopedias of International Law. MPEiPro is produced by the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law and published by Oxford University Press. 

Access

MPEiPro is available onsite to all academic members of the IALS Library. Offsite access is available to IALS staff, fellows and students, SAS staff, fellows and students (other than IALS), UoL law staff and postgraduate students, IALS Library academic members.

Content

MPEiPro consists of peer-reviewed articles on different aspects of international procedural law. MPEIPL was launched in September 2019. It is intended that new articles be added monthly, with the total expected to exceed 1,500. 

Browsing

The articles can be browsed by subject, title or author. To browse only the Max Planck Encyclopedia of International Procedural Law, users should select the title from the module menu. 

Searching

Quick and Advanced search facilities are available towards the top of the screen.

Printing and Downloading

The PDF button is used for both downloading and printing. It displays a pdf version of the article, which can either be downloaded or printed using the appropriate Acrobat icons.

Help

There is a Help menu at the top of the screen.
