Seminar for EU Judges in the Recent Developments of EU Criminal Law (2004/AGIS/035)

EU Criminal Law is a relatively new field and this seminar offered the opportunity to judges and prosecutors from the Member States to familiarise themselves with the latest developments. This very intensive seminar (2 sessions per day) lasted 10 working-days (equivalent to a standard 2-weeks training seminar) and was attended by 38 judges and prosecutors from nine member states: UK (England and Scotland), Estonia, Czech Republic, Malta, Cyprus, Germany, Poland, Greece and Portugal.
