Swiss International Arbitration Decisions

Collection of more than two hundred English translations of international arbitration decisions made by the Swiss Federal Tribunal (supreme court) from 2008 onwards. The decisions can be searched by keyword and filtered by topic and other criteria. Each case is marked with one to four stars to denote how interesting it is likely to be to foreign researchers. There is a browseable Case List, which can be sorted by star-rating, date, or docket number. For each decision there is an introductory note and a link to the original text as well as an English translation.

Jurisprudence (OHCHR)

Database of all cases decided by UN human rights treaty bodies: the Human Rights Committee (CCPR), the Committee against Torture (CAT), the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD), the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), the Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED), the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR), and the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC).

Maintained by the ILO’s International Labour Standards Department, NATLEX is a database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation. It holds over 2000 records relating to Finnish law. Where possible links to full-text laws are given.

Natlex: Norway

Maintained by the ILO’s International Labour Standards Department, NATLEX is a database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation. It holds over 1500 records relating to Norwegian law. Where possible links to full-text laws are given.

Natlex: Sweden

Maintained by the ILO’s International Labour Standards Department, NATLEX is a database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation. It holds over 2500 records relating to Swedish law. Where possible links to full-text laws are given.

Natlex: Liechtenstein

Maintained by the ILO’s International Labour Standards Department, NATLEX is a database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation. It holds over 100 records relating to Lichtensteiner law. Where possible links to full-text laws are given.

Natlex: Iceland

Maintained by the ILO’s International Labour Standards Department, NATLEX is a database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation. It holds over 300 records relating to Icelandic law. Where possible links to full-text laws are given.

NATLEX: Malta

Maintained by the ILO’s International Labour Standards Department, NATLEX is a database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation. It holds over 300 records relating to Maltese laws; where possible, links to full-text laws are given, sometimes as unofficial English translations.

NATLEX: Paraguay

Maintained by the ILO’s International Labour Standards Department, NATLEX is a database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation. It currently holds just over 140 records of law relating to Paraguay and the section for Paraguay was last reviewed in 2013. Where possible links to full text laws are given. The Paraguayan documents are in Spanish.

NATLEX: Mongolia

Maintained by the ILO’s International Labour Standards Department, NATLEX is a database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation. Holds over 100 records on Mongolia, with abstracts of the legislation and where possible, the full text of the legislation is linked. Records are written in either English, French or Spanish.
