Constitutional Court of Colombia

The role of the Colombian Constitutional Court is to determine the constitutionality of laws and amendments of the Constitution. It also protects the fundamental rights of the people under the constitution. There are profiles of the justices, a full text copy of the Constitution and abstracts of the main decisions of the Court. The site can be viewed in Spanish and English.

Supreme Court of Colombia

Official website of the Colombian Supreme Court which is the highest court for civil and criminal matters in Colombia. The site has information about the role of the court, its members, news items and court rules. Full text decisions can be searched by keyword or using a range of parameters. PDF copies of the Judicial Gazette are available for the years from 1887 to 1999. The site can be viewed in Spanish only.

Constitutional Court of the Dominican Republic

Official website of the Dominican Constitutional Court. The site gives information about the Court and its members, news items and full text judgements back to 2012. The Constitution and other laws governing the Court can also be found here. Copies of the Dominican Journal of Constitutional Law, published by the Court, can be viewed along with information about the work of the Center for Constitutional Studies, a research and training body set up to support the work of the Court. The site can be viewed in Spanish only.

Judiciary of the Dominican Republic

The Judiciary website provides information on the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) the highest court in the Dominican Republic and the Council of the Judiciary which is the body responsible for judicial administration and discipline. There are profiles of the judges for both bodies along with judgements of the SCJ and decisions of the Council. The Dominican Constitution and legislation governing the judiciary are also available. The site can be viewed in Spanish only.

National School of the Judiciary of the Dominican Republic

Website of the National School of the Judiciary which is responsible for providing training to members of the judiciary in the Dominican Republic. There are details of training programmes, news items and webinars which are free to view. The site also has a virtual library providing free access to legislation and decisions of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court. An online archive (1977 to 2015) of the legal journal Revista de Ciencias Juridicas is also given in full text. The site can be viewed in Spanish only.

Institute for Research of Crimes Against Humanity and International Law

The Institute for Research of Crimes Against Humanity and International Law was set up as part of Sarajevo University in 1992 to research war crimes, genocide and other crimes that breach international law. The website has information on the Institute’s research projects and publications and can be viewed in Bosnian and English

Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Website of the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina which is one of the entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The site explains the constitutional position and jurisdiction of the court and gives profiles of the judges and court rules and procedures. There is a full text copy of the Constitution of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and selected decisions are available back to 1997. The site can be viewed in Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.

Website of the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska, one of the entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was established in 1992. Decisions of the court can be viewed in full text back to 1999. There is also a full text copy of the Republika Srpska Constitution along with recent news items. The site can be viewed in Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
