Scope and Contents: These working papers were the product of “work in progress arising out of the Institute’s research programmes and the research work of its Visiting Fellows and scholars” (IALS 13/8/1).  The research series focussed on all work “undertaken by or under the aegis of the Institute” (IALS 13/8/1). other than Legal Skills which were published separately (see IALS 13/7).
