Scope and Contents: Minutes, reports and records for the External Affairs Committee and its successor body, the Awards and Bursaries Committee.

Administrative History: The Standing Committee on External Affairs (SCEA) was formed in January 1993, arising from the work of the Standing Committee on Overseas Representation. In 2006 it was renamed the Awards and Bursaries Committee (ABC) and its remit extended "to include the promotion, supervision and administration of current awards and the consideration of proposals for new awards." (BIALL/14/20/01).

Access : Open after 10 years except for BIALL/14/04/07 closed for 75 years in accordance with Data Protection legislation as contains personal details of donors.
