The latest Sir William Dale Legislative Drafting Clinic project run in cooperation with UN Habitat involved a comparative analysis of Rent Regulations in Kenya, Lagos-Nigeria, Botswana and South Africa. It was completed by Nicola Pierre, a student at the LLM in Drafting Legislation, Regulation and Policy, and it is now published online by UN Habitat! Truly excellent work! Well done Nicola!
