The IALS library is currently conducting its annual reader satisfaction survey. Every year, we value this opportunity to listen to our readers' views and opinions of our services, and hopefully highlight those areas in which we can make our library even better. We take the results very seriously, as in the past they have enabled us to tailor our services to our different groups of users, and help us to understand what our readers really want.
Survey is available for one month from 27th March to 30th April 2023.
