Viva Success - Christopher Stears

Congratulations to Chris Stears who passed his viva today, for his thesis entitled ‘Protecting the Integrity of the Investment Contract: the Case for Limited Fiduiciary Prescriptions’.

Congratulations to Chris, and to his supervisors Barry Rider and Chizu Nakajima. 

The examiners were Professor Michael Schillig (KCL) and Dr Jonathan Hardman (Edinburgh), with Professor Catherine Clarke (SAS) as the independent chair.
