Viva Success - Tugce Yalcin

Congratulations to Tugce Yalcin who passed her viva, for her thesis entitled ‘Warranty and Information Disclosure Requirements in the Private Securities Markets in the light of Common Law and Civil Contract Law Rules’. Tugce's supervisors were Dr Mahmood Bagheri and Professor Pierre Schammo. The examiners were Professor Roger Halson (Leeds) and Professor Niamh Moloney (LSE), with Dr Simon Trafford (SAS) as the independent chair.
