IALS has a long tradition of research in the broad field of company law. There are particular strengths within the Institute in research on reform of UK company law and corporate governance. As well as academic staff, each year the Institute benefits from the insights of Visiting Fellows who visit IALS to develop their research on company law, governance and regulation from a comparative perspective.
