European Projects on Professional Conduct

The cross-European group considering the training of lawyers in issues of legal conduct relating to money laundering awaits the passage of the new Directive through the European Parliament before continuing its work. In the meantime the group has met to prepare for issues of training in ethics more generally.

A final meeting of the Falcone Programme group is also due to be held once the new Directive has been passed.
